The PinpoRNA™ kit uses an innovative design of combinational short probes (20-50 bases) (Chinese patent CN202110581853.9), which can not only well bind to fragmentally degraded RNA molecular, but also improve hybridization efficiency while ensuring high specificity. The patented stem-loop structure nucleic acid protein cascade signal amplification system (Chinese patent CN202110575231.5) has a high signal-to-noise ratio and solves the problem of detection sensitivity, which can detect as few as 1-10 copies of the target RNA molecule in-situ on various types of samples (Figure 1). Finally, chromogenic staining can be achieved by adding substrate of alkaline phosphatase (AP) or horseradish peroxidase (HRP) who have been attached to amplification system. Or, it can also be fluorescently labeled by either direct labelling or through TSA reaction. As long as the sequence to be tested is submitted, the corresponding probe can be designed and customized, and the whole experiment process is as short as 6 hours, and the operation is much simpler.
